Angelica root (Angelica archangelica L.) is a biennial plant belonging to the Apiaceae family. Although it is a wild plant, it rarely grows spontaneously. It is mainly found in temperate areas of Europe and North America.

  • 500 ml of water

Traditionally, the decoction is used externally for massages in cases of muscle tension, neuralgia and rheumatic discomfort.


Contraindications and precautions

The use of angelica root is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
High doses may cause side effects such as nausea or vomiting.
