How to prepare a calming herbal tea with sweet mint?

All you need are: 1 teaspoon of dried or fresh leaves. They should be left to boil for about two minutes. When the herbal tea has reached room temperature, filter and drink. To enhance the beneficial effects of Mentha viridis, the digestive herbal tea should be consumed twice a day.
